Service Description. This Site describes Family Photographer, Graduation Photography, Headshot Photography, Newborn Photography, Wedding Photography provided by Creative Haven Photographers. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Creative Haven Photographers or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
